What the source actually establishes
Update 1.0.5 added multi-panel carrying, 1.0.6 added a dedicated keybind, and 1.0.7 added interact-key binding plus automatic dispense.
No accepted source enumerates prerequisites or capacities for every Rack level. A missing terminal row and a Rack that is already owned but will not dispense need different investigations.
