Project P.I.T.T. Phase 4 Troubleshooting Layout Build

Phase 4 Troubleshooting Layout Build: Expose the earliest failing interaction by simplifying the path around it.

QUICK ANSWER

Expose the earliest failing interaction by simplifying the path around it. For Anomaly, keep three inputs visible and separate before committing a batch. Count accepted inputs, not objects that touched or bounced off the Cauldron, and do not assume a queue has a verified capacity. This is a planning pattern, not an in-game-tested optimal build.

Startup order

Retain the source and destination, then temporarily isolate the suspected join. Use the same ordinary input and change one control or surface at a time.

Phase 4: Troubleshooting Layout planning sequence, not a tested circuit
  1. Repeat failure
  2. Isolate join
  3. One change
  4. Recheck full path

SINGLE COMMUNITY REPORT · checked 2026-09-26

Older full-release player evidence places Anomaly production after the Piñata phase.

Build relevance: Older full-release community observation; no independent 1.0.8 replay

Limit: Official 1.0.8 Cauldron recipes: three identical inputs → lesser; three across two types → normal; one of each → enhanced. Phase numbering remains community evidence. Payout, mass, timing and quality percentages remain unfilled.

OFFICIAL CURRENT · checked 2026-09-26

Update 1.0.8 accepts three matching inputs for lesser quality, three inputs across two types for normal quality, and one of each for enhanced quality.

Build relevance: 1.0.8

Limit: Composition only; no prices, masses, production time or quality percentages.

An older first-hand guide describes the sequence Duck, Cash Register, Piñata, Anomaly and illustrates their production lines.

Build relevance: Older full-release community observation; no independent 1.0.8 replay

Limit: No universal unlock quantities, optimal layouts or throughput are adopted.

Failure mode to watch

Changing several tools at once may make a line work without identifying the cause. Keep the last failing and first working configurations so the result can be reproduced. The resulting Anomaly quality differs from the intended mix or an incoming product is not accepted.

Validation checklist

Record the first failure point, product state and installed build. Restore unrelated working sections only after the isolated handoff behaves as expected.

Reconcile the accepted product types with the official three-input rule before increasing supply. A quality mismatch is not evidence of a Luck modifier, mass change or unsupported percentage formula.

Not claimed by this plan

No measured throughput, income per minute, guaranteed achievement trigger, exact timing circuit or physics coefficient is supplied. Before this layout is treated as verified, evidence must show the current build, the assembled path and repeatable input-to-output behavior.

DEFERRED — EVIDENCE INSUFFICIENT. This page documents what is known and what remains unresolved; it is not a verified complete solution.

Editorial planning pattern; no current-build replay of the complete layout. Public reference, noindex until the distinct build is demonstrated.
