Cauldron quality recipes: what 1.0.8 actually changed

The official patch expands accepted compositions. Every documented recipe still uses three inputs; the mix of product types determines the named quality tier. It does not give a quality percentage or a payout formula.

Loading, mining and tools

The developer changed main loading to favor stability, warning that it may take longer, particularly the first load. This is not a promise of a fixed loading time or proof that every black-screen report is resolved.

Each mining upgrade now asks for three ores instead of five. Spring Pads received a reliability change aimed at more consistent results. Pistons can be moved and picked up, with attached objects following the head. The notes also fix wide Upgrade Terminal text and keypad interaction.

What the patch does not establish

No Anomaly payout multiplier, item mass, Pipe percentage formula or universal elevator code is supplied. Existing Luck and Lucky Product unknowns stay unknown. Current guides link the actual changes to their relevant player questions rather than treating a new version number as proof of every mechanic.
